Contract : 1 year Fixed Term, Full Time (32 hours per week), 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026

Overview
The Community Organising Coordinator is an exciting role within our Organising & Influencing directorate. We are looking for an exceptional recent or soon-to-be Leeds Beckett graduate to join us in supporting student groups at Leeds Beckett to deliver an exceptional student experience and make change through community building, organising and autonomous student-led campaigning.
Working within the Community Organising team, you will provide effective operational and administrative support to the team and to a range of student groups. We will also train you to listen and engage with a broad range of students, identifying leaders and building relationships with them to ensure the efficient and comprehensive delivery of their offer to members. Successful candidates will be strong communicators, driven to bring people together, deliver impactful engagement activity and strengthen student belonging.
